I started The Ops Table because I kept walking into the same problem: businesses with books that had gotten away from them, and no one responsible for bringing them back under control.

Over 20+ years, I've done full-cycle accounting work across manufacturing, pharma, hospitality, gaming, financial services, nonprofit, and tech, often carrying CFO-level responsibility without the title. I've built structure out of situations other people had given up trying to fix.

That's what I do now for the businesses I work with: step in, get a real handle on what's actually going on in your books, and build something you can trust going forward, not just a one-time cleanup.
